Job Responsibility

  • Account Management of Realty Firms and Brokers by establishing a Productive Partnership and strong professional relationship to instill
  • Institute and Monitor Key Sales Parameters for assigned Realty Firms and Brokers;
  • Monitors various initiated Programs/exhibits in close coordination with Marketing and PSRs for the schedule, assignment, procedures and
  • Conceptualize Sales Incentive Programs/Promotions for Realty firms and Brokers, and assist in the execution of Marketing Programs;
  • Leads in the canvassing, set-up and implementation of lead generation activities for sales partners, Provide reports
  • Assists Brokers/Agents in the negotiation and closing of transactions including validation of computation forms for Client presentation

 

 

 

 

Marketing Officer

Requirements

Job Responsibility

 

Project Marketing Management

  • Prepares and updates the marketing plan of assigned projects
  • Formulate and proposes concepts, facilitates approval, coordinates design requirements and ensure development of marketing materials.
  • Formulate and proposes concepts, facilitates approval, coordinates implementation and monitors efficiency of project marketing placements/promotions (exhibits, events, model units and other promotions)

Market Research

  • Studies customer behaviors on marketing promotions in order to implement improvements that may increase sales conversion
  • Evaluates consumer reaction for projects and/or new product concepts and conducts in depth study on the buyers through organizing researches/ surveys on their buying-decision process
  • Gathers reports relevant statistical data; keeps track on development and information and condition in local, regional, or national areas that may affect the market or industry

 

Purchasing and Inventory

  • Anticipates, oversees, handles and coordinates closely on the purchasing targets and activities for all project requirements that entail dealing with suppliers, contractors and 3rd party entities for marketing collaterals, advertising, model units, events, etc.

Reports and Records Management

  • Prepares and maintains all reports required and other data analysis that may be used for management and evaluation of marketing promotions, implementation and monitoring of marketing promotions calendar, marketing expenses/budget monitoring, market research, etc.

 

 

Purchasing Officer

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in 311 V. Rama Avenue Guadalupe Cebu City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify the need for procurement based on the Procurement Management Plan (PMP)
  • Evaluate Procurement Request Form (PRF) received from Supply Facility Management Dept. Representative (SFMDR) of each department and check requisition against inventory list.
  • Send request for quotation to the approved/accredited supplier or contractor
  • Source out prospect supplier or contractor and send Accreditation Form and then evaluate and approve.
  • Negotiate for the price, payment terms and delivery terms.
  • Create Purchase Order (P.O.) or Contract of Work (COW) to the awarded supplier or contractor
  • Facilitate payment. Check invoices/billings against PO and contract.
  • Serves as a window from supplier or contractor for any clarifications or questions.
  • Facilitate the inventory quarterly for office supplies and equipments of each department together with the Supply Facility Management Dept. Representative.

 

 

 

Project Management Officer
