Mondays can be so hard that you wanted an extra day to extend your weekend, but we must remember that Monday is also a day of equal opportunity starling line. Hence, here are some tips on how to deal with your Monday blues!
 

PLAN AHEAD THE NIGHT BEFORE

If you don’t want to scramble at Monday morning, it is best to figure out on Sunday night on what outfit you wanted to wear, on things you should have on your bag or even the food you wanted to eat at lunch.

Good sleep can improve our productivity and focus on things that we will be working on Mondays. It is also the one who help us to create a good mood and from stress free, letting the person focus on the more essential things and increasing his/her ability to do responsibilities better.
