As the Primary Group celebrates its 75th anniversary this year and PrimaryHomes looks forward to its 35th anniversary next year, the "Reliability Begins With Me" employee branding initiative highlights how every employee strengthens the company's shared purpose.

PrimaryHomes, a proud member of the Primary Group of Builders (PGB), formally introduced its internal branding initiative “Reliability Begins With Me” through an employee event held at Maayo Hotel on June 26, 2026. The gathering brought together PrimaryHomes employees and members of the Board of Directors and Primary Group Leaders, for an evening of engagement, and shared commitment to strengthening a core organizational focus.

The initiative, designed to further reinforce reliability as a guiding principle in how work is approached and delivered across the organization, aims to support consistency, accountability, and pride in execution at every level.

Key messages were delivered by PrimaryHomes President Arch. Stephen Charles Liu, Primary Group Chairman Engr. William Christopher U. Liu, Jr., event speaker Coach Adrian Ding, each highlighting reliability as a defining principle that shapes both individual performance and collective outcomes within the organization.

At its core, the program reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to service excellence, anchored on the Primary Group core values of Built on Trust (Pagsalig), Hiniusang Pagkugi ug Pagtutok (We Keep Going and Get Things Done Together), and Pagpalambo (We strive to make things better). These values continue to guide the Group’s mission of Building Better Tomorrows by Creating Spaces Where People Thrive. This is embodied in PrimaryHomes’ promise as Your Reliable Partner.

Framed as a culture-strengthening effort, the program aimed to deepen reliability as a daily practice, reinforce personal ownership of commitments, and sustain accountability in representing the PrimaryHomes brand.

“As we approach our 35th year, I am incredibly proud that our original purpose remains our guiding star: to be a reliable partner in helping more Filipinos build better lives,” said PrimaryHomes President Stephen Charles Liu.

He emphasized that reliability is more than just a word in the company's core values. “It is the heartbeat of our daily work. Our customers don't just see a brand; they experience our promise of reliability through each and every one of us,” he added.

The event reinforced a performance culture centered on ownership, consistency in execution, and continuous improvement in processes and outcomes. It positioned disciplined execution as a shared practice that strengthens trust, coordination, and organizational effectiveness.

The program further connected daily work to broader social impact. As housing remains a fundamental human need, homeownership represents dignity, stability, and long-term security in the Filipino context. In this way, each role contributes not only to operational delivery but also to creating lasting value for families and communities. To date, the PrimaryHomes has served over 18,000 households, supported by a strong culture of employee development, learning, and continuous capability building.

“Every employee plays a part in making homeownership simpler, more convenient, and more enjoyable through their contribution to delivering quality homes, dependable service, and lasting value. As Your Reliable Partner, we are committed to providing every Filipino family with homes that are truly worth their hard-earned money,” said Michelle Cutang, Operations Manager for Sales and Marketing.

The event featured meaningful engagement activities, including a Symbolic Commitment Activity where employees expressed their commitment to reliability and accountability, launching of Employees Reliability Campaign Video, and Group Reels Contest showcasing real workplace moments that reflect teamwork, trust, resilience, and growth.

Through this initiative, PrimaryHomes introduces “Reliability Begins With Me” as a continued focus on alignment and shared responsibility, empowering every employee to bring greater clarity, consistency, and ownership into everyday work and decisions.

The event also recognized the broader legacy of the Primary Group of Builders, marking 75 years in the industry, from its beginnings as a Cebu-based construction company to a multi-industry conglomerate with nationwide operations, and PrimaryHomes looking ahead toward its 35th anniversary milestone in 2027.
