PrimaryHomes Inc. Hosts GPAN 2023: A Gala of Gratitude, Achievements, and Future Collaboration

PrimaryHomes Inc., one of the leading and most sustainable real estate developers in the country, hosted last November 23 its annual tradition of gratitude with the Grand Partners' Appreciation Night (GPAN) at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in Cebu City to honor appreciation and acknowledge achievements of its partners. 

With a theme, "Elegant Reverie: Cotillion Gala", guests and partner-sellers experienced an evening filled with grace where they revel in their jointly-shared achievements and vision of continued collaboration and prosperity with PHI. 

PHI hosts the annual GPAN to strengthen ties and show gratitude to partners for their collaborative efforts. This event fosters networking, communication, and a supportive business community. Through gratitude and recognition, GPAN reinforces bonds, promoting ongoing cooperation, mutual success, and trust within the business network. 

To acknowledge individual achievements, highly performing agents were spotlighted during the sales agents awards. Renz Arthur Q. Abucejo of Horizons Realty received the Salesperson of the Year for Bohol-Negros, while Jovelyn Coyoca of Leuterio Realty & Brokerage recieved the Salesperson of the Year for Cebu.

In a retrospective tribute to excellence, PHI not only honored individual sales agents but also awarded realty firms at GPAN for their crucial role in propelling the success of PHI throughout the year. Leuterio Realty & Brokerage has consistently earned the Realty of the Year at the GPAN 2023 Realty Annual Awards, highlighting their continuous leadership among PHI's partner broker firms.

Shiela Avergonzado from Leuterio Realty & Brokerage earned the Huwaran Award for Bohol, Lebert Jangas from Leuterio Realty & Brokerage earned the Huwaran Award for Negros, and Mitsu Omlan from Yeshua Realty and Brokerage earned the Huwaran Award for Cebu. The Huwaran Award is given to accomplished sellers with inspiring stories. This year's winners were presented with a holiday gift certificate and a personalized watch as tokens of appreciation from PHI.

As a testament to the company's commitment to fostering strong relationships within the real estate community, PHI gave away millions in prizes, including four house and lot units during the grand raffle draw. Each partner-seller earned raffle entries for the raffle draw, ranging from consolation to minor and major awards. In the major raffle, 2 guests won DJI Action Cameras, 2 received Deluxe Appliance Showcases, and 2 got Holiday Trips for 2 pax. Additionally, 2 lucky guests took home Premium Entertainment Showcases. In a thrilling finale, 2 guests ended the night riding off on new motorcycles, and 4 fortunate guests closed the event with keys to their new homes in the grand raffle draw.

During the event, a new award, the DigiStars, was also launched to highlight agents' digital brilliance on social media platforms, emphasizing technology's integration in real estate. Mark Dave Pialago of Skyland Realty, Ma Jessielyn Samson of Bachelors Realty, and Junarlyn Benemerito Balansag of Leuterio Realty and Brokerage earned the Facebook, Youtube and Tiktok DigiStars recognition, respectively, and each received a cash prize of 10,000 pesos. For having the highest combined engagements and views across all platforms, Mark Dave Pialago of Skyland Realty earned the DigiStar of the Year recognition and received a cash prize of 30,000 pesos.

The PrimaryHomes ‘Reliable Circle’ was also recognized for their exceptional dedication and unwavering commitment and passion.
