PrimaryHomes’ Humble Beginnings

PrimaryHomes, formerly Commonwealth Estates Inc. (CEI), started constructing their first project in 1992 and developed the Villa del Rio I, a 400-unit mid-market subdivision. The development is a Mediterranean-inspired community with brick roads and old Hispanic-style houses.

In 1997, the company started its first venture in vertical development. We built our first condominium, the  East Aurora Tower, which became a landmark in Metropolitan Cebu. 

Ten years later in 2007, the company ventured into economicsocialized housing development with the Garden Bloom Villas, a five-hectare subdivision composed of four phases that are affordable but still high quality.economically priced.

In 2009, it changed our name from Commonwealth Estates Inc (CEI) to Primary Homes Incorporated (PHI). In the same year, we explored high-end economic condominium projects with our first high rise condominium, the Avalon in 2010, which is a 19-story modern tower located in the heart of Cebu Business Park.
